how it started
My dad was a yearbook photographer in high school, and a hobbyist; when I was growing up, we had a darkroom in the basement. I took photography as an elective in college, but didn't enter the industry until after my first child turned one in 2008. Being a full time photographer has given me an appreciation for what matters in life; being present is a necessity, because this is the only shot we get.
